Our terms and conditions outline the policies and procedures we have established to ensure the smooth operation of reservations, providing useful information and guarantees for the consumer.
At the time of booking, guests are required to familiarize themselves with the general conditions and the rules regarding their stay, and agree to comply with them.
1 – Reservation Policy
We accept reservations made by email or through our website. After the reservation process, a confirmation with all details will be sent to the guest for validation.
Once validated, a bank transfer of 100% of the total reservation amount must be made to finalize the booking. The payment deadline is 48 hours, and the payment receipt must be sent by email to booking@casamimosa204.pt. After receiving the payment receipt, the reservation will be confirmed by Casa Mimosa 204. Reservations will be validated in the order of receipt of reservation confirmations.
Unless otherwise specified, the minimum stay is one night.
2 – Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00h
Check-out: until 11:00h
On the departure date, the guest must vacate the room, removing all belongings and reporting any damages.
Check-in and check-out outside of the specified times may be arranged, provided availability is confirmed with the accommodation staff and that these changes do not impact other reservations and/or cleaning schedules at the accommodation. An additional fee of €10 may be charged.
If the accommodation is not vacated by 11:00h on the check-out day, without prior justification or consent from Casa Mimosa 204, compensation for one night will be immediately charged to the guest account with no exception.
3 – Cancellation Policy
To cancel or change the dates of your reservation, please email us at booking@casamimosa204.pt. Only cancellations or changes received through this method will be accepted.
The cancellation of a reservation is subject to the following conditions:
- 
Up to 14 days before the check-in date, the client will receive a full refund of the reservation amount (100% of the stay). 
- 
Within 7 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged. 
- 
If the guest does not show up on the indicated check-in day, the amount corresponding to one night will be charged – with no exception. 
In cases of force majeure, duly proven by the guest, where an early departure or cancellation of the reservation is necessary, Casa Mimosa 204 will issue a voucher to the guest for a future stay, scheduled according to accommodation availability.
4 – Reservation Changes
If you wish to make changes to your initial reservation, such as altering the check-in or check-out date, the guest should inform us via email. Casa Mimosa 204 will make the requested changes if possible.
Where possible, date changes are allowed per our policy.
Date changes policy – any change must be made at least 3 days before the initially reserved date. That is, changes are not accepted on the day before the initially scheduled date. A reservation can only be rescheduled once, and for an already rescheduled reservation, the general cancellation conditions apply to the originally paid amount.
5 – Cleaning
Upon arrival, the unit will be clean and ready for occupancy, with fresh bed linens and bath and swimming towels provided.
During the stay, the cleanliness of the unit is the responsibility of the guests. No Laundry services are available.
